霜降后的桑叶是个宝

桑叶来源于桑科植物桑的叶片。霜桑叶味甘、苦，性寒， 具有疏散风热，清肺润燥，清肝明目之功效，是风热感冒、肺热燥咳、头晕头痛、目赤昏花患者的保健佳品。桑叶多于霜降后 11月间采收（故名“霜桑叶”），采收自落者或用杆子打下者，除去杂质晒干即可。可用于燥热伤肺导致的咳嗽、咽干等症状，常与杏仁、贝母、麦冬等同用。可用于治疗肝阳上亢导致的眩晕目赤、视物昏花等症状 。https://p26.toutiaoimg.com/img/pgc-image/1b60363075e74f23a00731a018d1f07e~tplv-tt-shrink:640:0.image
